Red wire to power 12v
purple to 02 sensor wire
black to good ground
Inline fuse inbetween your 12v power wire would be good for safety also.

if your gonna do it directly from the o2 coming from the top down there are gonna be 4 wires the plug and then the o2 into exhaust you have to connect it to the white wire before the plug thats where i had to connect mine on my gsr

I connected mine to the o2 wire going into the ECU. If you are ODB1 then it is pin D14. This was nice since I did not have to run any wire to the outside of the car to hook it up.

yeah I did the same hooked it up to the ecu so wires wouldn't have to be run through the engine bay.

If you run it directly to the wires that connect to your O2 sensor you just need to tap into the white wire. The green wire is a ground, and the 2 black wires are your O2 heater wires. That's how mine is hooked up and I've had no problems. Just make sure to solder the wires to keep them from coming disconnected and put some heat shrink tubing around them to keep water away from them.

OK, i want to hook it up to my ecu, because id feel better knowing i didnt have wires hanging around the engine bay. but my question is what wire on the ecu do i connect it to? im guessing the 96-01 ecu are different than the 94-95 right? a diagram would help..

and also whats a good ground and whats a good positive connection?

i kinda need to know quick, my A/F just arrived via FedEX

Just wanted to let everyone know that I just installed it and it works great, thanks everyone.

BTW: For anyone who uses this thread in the future to install there A/F guage you MUST get more wire for your purple signal wire, it's not long enough! And also the cigarette ligher is a great place for a ground and switched positive, Use the black for the ground and the white and blue wire for the switch positive.

Hope this helps someone later on.
