Default turbo project finally done !!!!! (Pics are up)

I bought a new bumper to have cut and painted so the intercooler will fit. couldn't bring myself to cut the stock bumper

precision SC 44 turbo
Tail 38mm wastegate
inline pro manifold
Rc 550cc injectors
custom head gasket 3mm (8.9.1 comp)
2 1/2 inch downpipe
mugen exhaust
test pipe
greddy upgrade front mount
custom 2 1/2 intercooler piping

Went to the dyno friday night.. found out the 550 injectors were not enough, at 7600 rpms on 11.2psi i hit 310whp (330whp on dynojet) an maxed out the injectors at 103%.. so we ended up turning the boost down to 8.9psi and made 290whp an 180lbs tq (310whp on dynojet an 200lbs torque) I was very happy with the results time for some 750cc injectors

note... dyno runs were made on a dyno pack thats why the numbers are alittle low..

Swap out that DP and Mugen exhaust for a full 3" setup and you'll be MUCH happier

this is 3rd gear and not down shifting

and its not even ball bearing turbo.. every motor has lags including n/a.. with turbo you're able to build hp at much more dragatic rate.. thats all

i only need to shift to 4.5k rpm to keep up with stock itr at wot..

turbo ftw!!!

Maxing out 550cc injectors at 310 whp seemed odd until i paid more attention to the dp/exhaust setup, get a 3 inch dp and exhaust and it will release a "few" hp.

*Edit* Just noticed someone already said it
