Throwing a code 13....

Its a 98 civic ex coupe w/stock d16y8, its throwing a code 13. The code is the 13 BARO - atmospheric pressure sensor which is located in the ecu. I replaced the ecu and its still throwing the code. What else can i check for?

i think a map sensor is another common cause for code 13, anyone care to chime in? im not 100% sure
