Heres the story

I go into Best Buy in Ft. Worth (off 820 and bryant irving) at 10:50am. Park 3 spaces back from the front door cause i'm running in a picking up my new head unit. As i'm walking with a best buy sales person (i'm already by the front of the store) my car pages me, 10:56am, so i run over to the store doors and look at my car. I see it, nothing looks wrong, thinking maybe someone shut their door too hard. I finish my purchase at 10:58am walk outside to further investigate....and what do i see?? A BUSTED PASSENGER DOOR WINDOW!!!!!!!!! Some *** bag decided to take (what looks like) a crow bar bust a hole in the window and shatter the glass. Although the window itself did not break apart and fall everywhere.

So someone has the nads* 00 *to do this in broad daylight..with plenty of other cars around. But noting was taken, my guess was they saw an EMPTY Sony head unit box sitting in the seat and was gonna try to get it. And of course Best Buy does not have cameras outside. Insurance it taking care of me....but still....man i was pissed.

Moral of the story...even if your going into somewhere real quick..make sure and hid ANYthing.

BTW if anyone is from the area and heard of anyone doing this..let me know.

thats wasnt done by a crow bar, it looks as if they threw a piece of spark plug at your window. check and see if you see some sort of white piece on your seats or carpet.

Yea someone at work told me today that some people use spark plugs...i had never heard of that until today...either way...sucks *****

 

yeah, only ceramic would shatter the entire window like that.

sounds to me like you might have done something to someone... no one is gona hit the window to steal something and not finish it or atleast ****** something....

As far was i know no one does. Didn't happen to other cars. And im thinking if it was someone that knew me...they must have seen me pull up, cause like i said...i wasn't in best buy long at all. I don't do crap to other people, cause i do believe in Karma...and i know what goes around comes around....

that really sucks. At least used windows are cheap and they didn't do any damage to the door.

 

he you shud be thankful that you still have ur car and hasnt been stolen other people wud rather have some damage than the whole car gone forever-theives suck!!!

i know it really sux that this happened. and if it wasnt for the fact that it completely f*cked up your window, that would be the coolest design ever! but really im sorry that happend... but you still got and insurance taking care of it so ur good.

damn that sucks im in the Arlington area and ive gone off of 820 and Bryant Irvin a few times for work. it seemed like a nice part of Ft. Worth but maybe not. o well no honda is ever safe.
