Default Randy (RMF Headers) Wheres my Header??? PLEASE COME IN.

I think this is the only way i can get in touch with Randy.
I really apologize to make my problem public. But i really need help, i've been more than patient, it's been 4months now. I really need to get the car running next week, thats my only car, I lost all summer waiting for the header, header was paid is March 2007.

3 months ago my header was "READY". I talked 4-5 times with Randy since then and he told me diferent dates of shipment but he doesnt get me a tracking number or anything. He just tell me it was sent by DHL,i tried calling DHL and a theres no package coming from UPLAND, CALIFORNIA to Puerto Rico, it just doesnt exist, so i dont know what to think... I having a hard time finding him and I really need the car this week, I really can't wait any longer, im not trying to say he's a liar ir anything but the package doesnt exist, everything time we talk he says "i call you back when i get home", like i said its been 1month since he told he shipped it... DHL is the fastest method of shipping to Puerto Rico that i know, so did he really shipped it?

Randy please get back to me I just want the header or my money back, I will just buy any header to get the car running. I really lost all summer waiting for you, I have canceled my tuner and dyno sessions like 10 times already, lost alot of pariticipation on many events just because you tell me "it will get there next week" and it doesnt...

It's been days now you dont pickup your cellphone. DHL doesnt have a package, maybe is lost somewhere but where??? Pakage was never registered to shipping according to DHL.
I also tried calling UPS, FED-EX, even tried asking USPS and nothing coming from there to here, and i have your zipcode since i asked you so i can track a package.

For real if you dont want to do bussines with me or anything you just have told since the beginning. I did the bussiness because you talked to my tuner and told him my header was "****" (lol), yours will perform better, you told us header was done and sent like in 3weeks MAX...
Yeah you're were @ the hospital I know... but still... 2-3months more and nothing... And the problem here is you promise me everytime we talked it will get here and it doesnt... if you dont have the time or whatever reason you have just tell it to me i will not get mad if you speak the truth.

Please call me or let me know by here what we can do.

Sucks man...but it's a common thing from RMF headers.

he always has some bullshit about constantly taking orders but he always some how has excuses...(hospital etc...). He will take the money and orders gladly but he's always packed with work. Why not stop taking orders and get upto date with the shipments ready go to out?

stop lieing to customers?

I can't wait till somebody goes and kicks his ******* *** for this shady buisness
I know how it feels waiting weeks upon weeks for something you paid a good chunk of money for and not getting it.

So far in the last few weeks to date I know of exospeed, Inline 4, hy-tech and now RMF I have to say though the hy-tec thread was about fitment however still b/s if you ask me!

Why not contact SMSP about making you a header?

I have talked with SMSP a few times in the past about advice questions so forth and I have to tell you seems like the only one I would do business with if I were going to invest such a large amount of money on a header!

Perhaps you did not read the thread correctly look at all the excuses he has made to this guy and the time lapse bottom line is he is a liar and a dead beat I do not know what else to call someone like that other then a jerk well I can think of a lot better words but you get what I mean!

Seriously bro I have never done business with RMF BUT I have done business with people like this all to many times and I have to tell you I have gotten to the point were I am too old to listen to this bullshit anymore or to tolerate this kind of crap

Bottom line it is nothing more then total bullshit do not take orders if you cannot make the demand

And I question his business ethics and his character, which makes him a JERK! To say the least!

I'm a very busy person and i don't have that much time for disputes.

Randy knows that I'm a very honest and patient individual.

I'm still giving him much time to cope up his issues. Otherwise, i would have step up long time ago, just like this post.

your telling me things i already know. But if you have ever talked to him on the phone in a civilized conversation, you would know that he really does mean well. His promises just get the best of him. He is moving in with RS machine and has hired help so hopefully all these problems will be solved once he catches up.

You guys go ahead and have fun.He didn't tell you the part about DHL breaking open the box and and them trying to get ahold of me but i havent been answering my phone when i am trying to make headers because between him and all my other calls if i did answer the phone i would never get ANYTHING done.And no shiit he calls atleast 30 times aday.And it really gets old.Everbody else calls once and i tell them what is up and thats it.And they call back when i tell them to.

And ef92b(Clyde) We talked yesterday on the phone so you know whats up .

First of all there is nothing fun about this thread I find it VERY disturbing to say the least and as for DHL breaking open the box as you say then dose that not bring into question the kind of packaging your using?

You may not be answering your phone for what ever your reasons may be however there are answering machines or I am sure you must have someone in your circle who can answer phones for you?

Further more if your not answering phones how can you be taking so many orders as someone has already testified to on this thread therefore I would submit answering your phone hence customer relations is just as important aspect of running a business the end product would be

You say this guy calls 30times a day well when you have taken over 3 month to produce something and what he claims are countless excuses made by you for the product not been sent WHAT DO YOU EXPECT?

I would submit your luck no one has taken legal action against you and you told about things been old?

Randy the thing is you dont update me man.

2 weeks ago you told me header was sent on tuesday, ok. I waited 'til friday nothing came, you didnt cal i didnt call.... monday after 5pm i knew header wanst coming so i called you and told me you send it Friday, i didnt understand why you change the shipment date but... ok ill wait 'til friday again, nothing, and didnt speak to you until the other tuesday or something and you told its very strange it didnt got here and all i asked was for a tracking number so i can keep up checking status and calling them, that way i am SURE i will get it here. But you told me like 40times "i call you later with tracking". Never had a tracking... this week you told you were speaking with DHL guy and you will call me back, ok somehting might happen with the shipment... i waited 1hour and call you since you didnt call... you told me "im very busy, ill call you when i get something" i asked what happened wheres the package and you didnt told me since "DHL dont know and they will call" Monday will be 4th week for shipping and nothing, you dont give me tracking, update, anything.

I remember also you told me not to send money for shipping since you took so long you were covering it and i told you "its okay randy i will still send the $50 like you told me just to help you out if price is higher..." Maybe it went $30-40 higher if thats the problem let me know ill send the extra money once i get it here.

I think you should finish work on order, since they all get messed up... theres a guy here talking about a 10month header and all you tell us is that youre busy making more? why make more if they dont reach the clients or they dissappear... i think its not fair anymore i just want a solution header or money for next week... I paid on money order you can send money same way... if dhl had a problem please work with them for a solution if you need extra money for shipping or anyhting just tell me, at this point all i want is get the car running i really really need it.

Thank you all the people for support i dont like doing this i waited along Randy is a great guy ovver the phone but business is business. And $800 is a large chunk of money for a college student that worked all summer to get a "non shitty" header (lol, i had a rage).

I wonder if the customer would call 30 times a day if his money was refunded. That would be an easy way to get rid of the headache.

i just got a IM from randy with an update...
He told me:
"I found your header the box broke open and they were trying to call me .I have to go and pick it up and fix the box.On monday and then re send..."

Okay sounds fair im sorry i had to make this post so i could get an answer, i tried calling before making post but he didnt pickup so i didnt know what happened.

Ill update on monday when i get a tracking number. I will also post pics, dyno #s evrything when i get it... see if the 4months wait was worth.

No i don't have anyone else to answer the phone.And I am trying to do everything in my power to catch up .But calling 30 times a day is not going to make things any faster.And im not joking 30 times atleast.This is not a one man job.And i found out i can't do it by myself.I have help now and am going as fast as i can.You also have to remember that Honda Tech people are not my only customers.So don't think that i just sit at home and drink beer all day and not work.I work from 10 to 9 or 10 at night 5 days a week.

I know youre working hard and you have a alot of business i just wanted communication and a tracking number, i would got it from there check 30 times the status instead of calling you.

if the box really broke apart, why dont you provide the guy a tracking number for the original shipment so he can verify that it was indeed shipped out.
