Randy at RMF
I just wanted to let everyone know what a nightmare it has been dealing with Randy at RMF. He came highly recommended through this site, but I've had nothing but trouble.
I sent him money on March 8th and was told I would have my header in 3-4 weeks. He told me that he would call and let me know something in 2 weeks. I didn't hear anything from him, so I called at the beginning of april. I called every other day until I got him on April 8th. he said there was a mix up on the shipping of some headers, but he only had to fit a bracket on mine. I asked if I should call back in a week or two. "No, I should have this done tonight and can ship it out in the next day or two." I didn't hear anything for a couple of weeks, so I sent him an email. Nothing for a week, so I sent another email. Nothing for another week, so I sent an email and called. I finally got in touch with him May 10th(a month after I was supposed to get my header). He told me that he had been in and out of the hospital. I wasn't happy, but I understand that things happen. At the time, I just wanted my money back, but after hearing him out, I gave him another shot. Another couple of weeks go by with no contact. May 21st rolls around, and I'm pretty upset. I tell him I just want my money. We argue for a little bit, but I tell him I'll give him one more chance. He told me he would call me Tuesday with a tracking number....surprise surprise...it's been a week and no word.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS GUY! If anything happens with your header, there's no telling when you'll get it fixed. Maybe when he gets his act together, he'll be worth dealing with, but I definitely wouldn't deal with him now. It's not worth the headache.

I think he did cause his little heart hurts now that his been let down plenty times over and over.

dang kinda sux that his rep. is getting crushed so bad. A year ago everyone was on his nuts Kinda reminds me of how alaniz fell off by all the dead end deals people posted here. I think Its going to be pretty hard for peeps to find him legit again. Someone mentioned heart surgery though... thats tuffffff though. Hope everyone gets their ****

I was told a month ago by 98vtec that mine needed the collector and the flange welded on and it was done (i.e. 50% finished). No contact since. No contact with Randy since the 4th of April.
I paid in October last year. Anybody waiting any longer than that???
is anybody in talks with him regarding purchasing a header? interested to see if he's using his email and ignoring my daily reminders that im pissed off i havnt got mine yet.....

Baby take it easy just made the switch from milk from the teet to formula. Not the most comfortable transition, as im not in the greatest of moods.

ive tried warning you guys when suzukii had his thread about randy and ill do it again now. those of you that havent received your header, do what you can to get your money back now before its too late.
and yes i do know randy personally since about '99 and this has been a pattern since.
