Default My sol (an update)

Positive comments are welcome, haters can go stick a up their ***

so since very few people read about the stuff I got/kept in the trade and were saying I got screwed rather than bump the archived thread I decided to make a new one.

The week I got it:

The meeting:

The original wheels

My wheels on it

Kind of a crappy pic showing the shiftknob/boot

After repairing the 1/4 panels, fenders(can't see it in any of the pics above but a previous owner had some ricey *** sideskirts that were ripped off literally that left about 20 rivet holes total in the body panels ) and installing the fender side markers (I gots m@d masking skillz ):

Asthetic mods since then:
-Full color change
-JDM 1 pc headlights
-'97 bumper (shaved to look jdm) w/ oem eg lip
-oem shifter(sits much lower)
-CF trunk
-shaved the raised lettering on the tailights
-antenna B.O.P.
-interior is now ALL black(no grey at all)
-JDM visors
-black suede headliner
-ITR "style" e brake boot
+maybe some other **** I'm forgetting

different bumper, a little paint some new headlights a cf trunk and now looks like this:

(yes I know the tweeter is in a shitty location and missing the grill...previous owner did that and I haven't gotten around to the sound system just yet)

pic showing the shaved raised lettering on the taillights(makes waxing a lot easier not having to worry about wax gunking up on the letters):

ALL black rear interior(custom done):

Suede headliner(best pic I could get to show the color....when the flash goes off at certain angles it makes the suede look purplish and the plastic trim look blue )

Future asthetic plans:
CF hood
CF targa
CF rear garnish(area between the taillights)
tint all around
nice sound system
s2K seats

LOL

as for what's next IDK. I really want to focus on the motor before I do too much more asthetic mods....still not sure if I should buy the internals for a z6 turbo build or sell the turbo setup(everything except internals and engine mgt.) and the z6 to go with some kind of swap.

wasn't that hard...just needed A LOT (most of which I was able to do...such as grinding down the iberglass from where the sideskirts were molded and eliminating the rivet holes) of body work and some minor touches here and there
