what happens if you leave it in first gear when you autostart it (for 5spd.)? also, what's your overall satisfaction of the alarm? thanks for any help.

i just got my alarm installed today, except the installer wired my manual kill switch wrong....so im going back in tommorow. anyways to answer your question, the autostart will not work unless:

a) gear is in neutral &
b) parking brake (e-brake) is on

....so far, everything seems to be working fine except for the mentioned manual kill switch i have hidden .
