This is the perfect street stock car, previous owner went with a K-series setup. Here are mods:
LS block with 86.5mm bore x 95mm stroke crank, around 14:1 compression
Ported GSR head with JG manifold and 70mm throttle body
YS1 cable tranny with JDM 4.7 final and ITR LSD
3" custom exhuast
Hytech header with slight scrape on bottom
Z10 Traction bars
Skunk2 shortshifter
AEM EMS computer
JUN3 camshafts
Skunk2 coilovers with Tokico Blue HD shocks
Rota wheels with excellent tires
Lightened flywheel, aftermarket clutch
Adj cam gears
Endyn breather kit
As it sits now, I need to just mount breather kit, make an intake setup and tune with sniffer. The car will need a windshield since this new one(hence the blue tape) has hairline cracks from the hood touching it at the sides. I had raised the hood in the rear and it touches windshield if you open it too much, I plan on lowering back hood as the car no longer has ITBs.
PM me with reasonable offers, wanna do a quick sale ... don't care for trades as I have alot more cars but who knows.

not really, static compression is high but dynamic compression is decent with the big cams, if the buyer will do alot more street driving i would put even bigger toda spec C cams to lower compression more... this shouldn't be a conce n, engine maintenance is the top concern for new owner

no bites ... may pull motor in a few weeks and put a much more street friendly motor ... so if interested as is, hit me up.
btw, this car will hang and kill a lot of built k-series setups, just cause its so light and makes easy power.
