Default turbo xs BOV

has anyone had a bad experience with this brand? I am getting one for free but don't want my engine to reap the havoc of a cheap BOV.

its not bad... just make sure you have the correct spring pressure in it.. Otherwise it will flutter.

It flutters either way I believe...either way, i think the flutter sounds better anyway!

I have the Type-H as well...love it.

As long as its decently priced, you cant really go wrong...unless you dont like the loudness

RFL knock-off is probably the best working knock-off bov there is. I used one on my old set-up. Work great and sound *** kicking.

Im not understanding how its "rice" when ricers do not even know what a turbo is or what components it consists of?

It is excessively loud is what I meant by rice. It is LOUD...I know first hand experienced. Dude...all ricers know what turbo is or better, the sound of a turbocharged car. Check ebay..they sell muffler tip that replicates the bov sound..LOL

Haha...i can see your point on the loudness.

However, I cant completely agree about ricers knowing what a turbo is or even the sound of it, because I STILL have little kids rolling up next to me in their "race car" civic w/ a wing, neons, and 19" "racing wheels" trying to rev up at me even after they see my FAT Intercooler sitting in the bumper lol....ahh man, good times
