How do I decide if i want Springs/Shocks or Coilovers
Also which brand(s) should I look at for each. This car is a DD. I guess a nice little boost in cornering would be a bonus but it rides like 60/65 tall tires (tripletreads). Looking for a quality product.
my CB7 is a daily driver, here's my setup...very comfortable, but sporty when needed
---springs: Tein H-tech's (1.5F and 1.0R drop after they settle)
---shocks: Tokico HP (Blue)
---sway bars: Suspension Techniques (this part is what makes ur car "feel" sporty.
---Pros:
comfortable, sporty, durable(knock on wood), reputable products
---Cond:
shocks are great but they could be better tuned for this setup...thus Koni Yellows adjustable shocks in the summer.
for a daily driver, I wouldn't go for coilovers....most, if not all of them, have very high spring rates and will totally ruin a smooth ride.

before buying coilovers ask yourself this:
do i have the knowledge and resources to properly set-up my coilovers.
am i willing to pay to get them correctly corner balanced.
do i really need the adjustability of a coilover thats not for ride height purposes.
if you dont say yes to all those questions, then you'd be better off with a nice spring+damper combo.
