letting crank case pressure escape at any volume will help, personally id use this along with other measures

dont you want baffling in front of a breather......ive seen setups like this use like a quart of oil in like 50 or 60 miles

We had one of the first Z10 ones. I dunno if they've since changed the design, but it wouldn't allow the hood to close

interesting...they dont have any baffles in them at all? if they did, seems like it would be a good idea?

breathers in the rear of your valve cover will just cause you to catch oil all day. i doubt these oil caps are baffled.

I guess you could baffle the oil cap hole but that seems like a lot of work for what its worth.

they don't... i made one myself before installing valve cover fittings.. its not the best idea to run a fitting that is not baffled. you'll end up having oil all over the place

is the vibrant one baffled? so when people mod there valvecover for catchtank there using baffled fittings? what about the back of the block? do you have to use baffled fittings there too?

fittings are not baffled, valve cover is in certain points depending on what type of valve cover.. for me its efficient enough that i don't even need to run catchcans

whats efficient enough? by baffle are you referring to the upper section of the valve cover on the long ends on both sides? i always wondered what those were for.

you must not be running a whole lot of boost. The more pressure you can relieve on the back of the pistons the better. You may want to consider adding ports in the valve cover and running a catch can.
