Alrighty now, it's time to send me some loot! IM me and I will add you to the list. I need your money as soon as possible because the shop has already ordered (5) Type II fronts and (5) Type I sets. All bars are of the aluminum variety. I have a Type I front bar sitting in my apartment right now! The current bank yen rate is 120yen/$ use 118yen until further notified. EK/DC/EG bars are all the same part number. Here's the Type II fitment post! The Type II bar DOES fit!! Please email me your mailing address after your money has been sent! Paypal is preferred and all money is downloaded as soon as it hits my account. I just fronted the loot for this buy so if anybody screws me over I WILL fly back to the land of apple pie and beat the living snot out of you!

anyway, Dee's awesome, he got my a rear bar, but unfortunately, my car was stolen before I could install it!

THe bar is very very light, and very very stiff...the welds are ehh, could be better, but for the price, I'm not really complaining. All in all I think its a better bar than the Honda Access bars, and cheaper to boot.

those pics are of the al oooo min eee yumm bar and its pretty light. theonly bar i can compare it to is the JDM rear bar and it is definitely lighter and doesnt flex as much... sorta wish the internet allowed u to touch things so you could check it out

 

One aluminum type I set please

I have an Aluminum Type I front bar up for grabs. REPEAT I have one bar. This bar is Jgales but he upgraded to the Type II! It has been used and is still wrapped in the original plastic. Buyer pays for shipping. You saw the prices up top so drop me an IM. When you contact me have your money ready. Go to KMART if you want to window shop. People wanting sets will have priority on orders and I should have 10~15 sets by the end of the month. Okuyama is SLOW since the bars are actually built in Taiwan or Singapore! Since the TypeII front bar does fit I am trying get 10~15 TypeII front bars right now.

Getting the Aluminum bars has required a bit of waiting since they sell faster. The Steel bars are completely out of stock so I DO NOT want to deal with trying to order them and the only steel bar I could find was the but ugly yellow Rigid version.. Sorry!

 

I'll try to get more ordered as we apex the already ordered amount.

Front bars are:
Type I (2 mount points)
Type II (3 mount points)

Dee is only getting the Aluminum bars, NOT the steel.

I saw that thread, my main concern is if the type II bar will bolt up to the firewall. I have seen pics of the carbing bars in my HyperRev mag, I just dont know if its the same bar as the eg/dc.

 

Wait....im confused....were there not posts that said that the bar did not fit without tweaking it?? If the bar does fit US left hand Type-R's without any modifications...Then i'll take the TypeII aluminum...I have been wanting the bar and have the money but I was afraid that I would buy it and that it would not fit. So does anyone have this bar fitted onto their US type-R???? What did you need to do to get it to work???
