Default FS: S2000 Seats

My friend just picked up some Recaro's and does not need his S2000 seats anymore. They are out of a 2002 Suzuka Metallic Blue S2000 so they have very little, if any, wear. They are blue leather and sit as low as my Sparco does. Will fit in Civics and Integras with slight modification. $1400 OBO. Buyer pays shipping. I live in 77450. E-mail me at ixmugenxi@aol.com

yeah, what's ridiculous is that the acura dealer near me is <1mile away from recaro hq, yet the itr recaros from acura are so much more.

New, from the Honda dealer, are $7400, and these seats are BRAND new. The car they are out of only has 8000 miles. So as of right now, it's $1400 OBO. I can get pictures if anyone wants to see them.

Here's some pics of the seats i took today. As for being the of the same quality of the Del Sol seats, trust me, they are a world of difference apart. They sit lower, have more support, and the bolsters hug you more.

Is it me or do those seats remind you of Star Wars Episode II for some reason?

hey guys, you should really take a ride in those seats for an extended period. they are great for short trips, but in heavy traffic or on hour trips, they're not as comfortable as they look.

they're excellent racing seats, but terrible daily driver seats. free bump.

My personal opinion as far as comfort of seats is as follows:

#1 Most comfortable seat to drive or ride in is USUALLY aftermarket seats. I'm a skinny motherf**ker though. 5'10", 130lbs. I owned a pair of Tenzo R seats reclinable seats. Besides the fact that you don't want these seats if your a smoker, they were hard to move forward or backwards, you have to get used to getting into them, or you'll bruise your ***, and the plastic where the seat belts go through falls apart, these were very comfortable seats to ride around in. I've never ridden in any other aftermarket seat. But for $450 for both with sliding brackets, and mounts... they worked for me!

#2 Most comfortable seats. S2000 Seats. They DO NOT fall apart! And were almost as comfortable as the Tenzo R's. Plus they look clean!!!

#3 Most comfortable seats. Crx Si... Yup... these baby's are nice for long rides.

#4 Most comfortable seats. Acura Integra. Comfy, but my *** hurts pretty bad after 5+ hours.

#5 Most uncomfortable seats. Del Sol!!! I hate these seats, and don't know why everyone loves them. They look KINDA cool... but that is ALL!! The don't recline, and they're hard as rocks... So what if they grab you. If you want a seat to grab you, buy those $45 seats out of Summit. They're probably about as comfy!

-Note- Besides these seats, I haven't really ridden in any others. 90-93 integra, pretty comfy, but only for 30 min at a time. 92-96 prelude, again pretty comfy, but not long enough to be an expert. 98+ prelude... even more comfy than the others, but again... not that long.

Conclusion: S2000 Seats are the chiznit! They're Comfy, Grip your ***, Look GOOD!!! And, they won't fall apart on you. I'd grab these, but $1400 is a bit much for me and all of the rest of these low ballin' bastards! J/K!!!

Thanks,
Charles Weller

You know what's funny. I never saw anything that asked for any of your opinions!
If it's too much, let him figure that out himself. If you're not buying them, Keep your trap shut!!!!

If you look in the back round, you will see the car they came out of. I dont know this guy, but seems legit if he has a s2000 with a set of wheels in the back round.
