I purchased a full-race sump from him on feb 1st. told him i need it to make a tuning apointment. he told me he shipped it the 2nd. i waited until the 14th of february to get anxious about making my tuning apointment considering i still needed to install the sump until that time he told me to calm down and relax that its been shipped. on the 20th i received a tracking number from him through paypal claim because i filed a claim. at this point the sump is useless to me because it already cost me over 150 just in a down payment for a tune. well today i received the package and he sent me an empty shipping envelope. i guess he did this to show paypal the tracking number that he sent it. The fuel sump cant even fit in the bag so i know for sure he had no intentions on giving me this item. hopefully paypal claims understand the situation and refunds my money.

I also got scammed by this ****** back in November 2004...sent him a money order for 220 shipped for a used act clutch kit and a SAFC that i saw on thepartstrader.com...keeps on bullshitting that he and his wife is going through a divorce (prolly dumped him cause she found out he he boned another guy) and she has taken all his money and has been harassing him...keeps on telling me he will be sending it out soon...til this day stiull havent recieved it...email couple of times and then he replies saying i dont have to used harsh language on his ***...tried calling him no one picks up leave messages no replies and now the number is disconnected...i used the "Report Fraud" link on thepartstrader.com and have filed for internet fraud but nothing heard of as of yet...this is some of his info:

you know. with all the information thats is gatherd you can contact the local police in his area file a report about him with there internet crimes devision that is "IF" they have one. I had a situation about that i filed a police report over the phone with a guy who lives in GA and got a bacground check on the guy with the resources onthe net i learned he had a record in GA and they arressted him on petty theft and then i pressed charges on him yea well he got some time.

Just to add to the list, Joe screwed me over on a GT42R turbo he sold to me for $900, the turbo is a paperweight!!

First off he lied to me that it was fixable for $400 tops, than he said he'd ship it out the next day, well he didn't ship it for 2 WEEKS!! Than when I got it I started looking around for parts to only find out that garrett doesn't sell gt bb parts!

I would love to get this ****** behind bars! Thats the only place he belongs that dirty theeving peace of ****

 

I had problems with this scumbag also. He tried to say his grandmother was in the hospital and all this other bullshit and didnt ship everything that was agreed to and took months....he was a jerk throught the transaction everyone on this board pretty much knows hes a dipshit....

Man i remeber when all that **** went down, i didnt wanna say it back then but he was trying to sell me that stuff after i know it was sold too you. I asked him itought it was sold and he was like i can return that guys his money.But I passed!!!
