First let me welcome you to Hondatech. HT can be a VERY useful website if you know how to use it. The first helpful tool is the Search. You will find the search in your upper right hand corner. The second helpful tool is the FAQ section found in the main crx/ ef civc page. Since this is your first post I will help you out with this one.
Lets start with a search. I went to search and typed in "leak hatch". I got 28 results back on a leaking hatch. I am not going to sit there and read them all for you but it will get you a start.
By the way if I am not mistaken 9 out of the 10 times the leak actually was coming from your taillights. You should check your taillight seal. Good luck and I hope this has helped you.

do you have a sunroof?
if not, then you have hairline cracks in the body filler along the two roof welds.
you cannot see them bc they are covered by a black rubber piece on both side of the roof.
in teh faq youll find links to a thread where i made diagrams on how the water gets in, and how to stop it.
