What are your thoughts on the H22A is this a good motor?

 

H22 is a strong motor to begin with however its downfalls are its wieght and it is extremely difficult to swap into a ef chassis. even if you get it into a ef chassis you will have axle probs 4 ever. my opinion( if anyone cares) good b series motor such as b20 vtec

 

H22's are crap! worst motor honda ever made! except for the D series. seriously, they are worthless, and the H series trans is even worse. stay away, disco lady. (disco stu, simpson's.)

I don't know about the H series trans, but I do know this: If the H22 is such a crappy motor, than why do many of the fastest drag racers use it? A stock H22 will put an EG Civic into the mid 13's. Crap, eh??? And don't underestimate the D series. Built properly, they can run very hard. Maybe I'm biased because I have one
