what % are ppl runnin on there windows for tint?

 

i have the legal tint. 35% on the driver and passenger and 20% on the rest.

i think mines like 30% or something, i dont really know, was on the car when i got it. it will be coming off as soon as it gets warm enough out to de-thaw my car

 

front windows are untinted BTW.

 

i got 5%on my audi all around but here is my old civic 35%front windows 20%back

I'm running 20% on my rear windows on my DC. One thing I notice though is pictures don't always represent the darkness or lightness of tint very well. Depending on if the picture is taken on a sunny or cloudy day, or just the time of day.

 

Dang...that R is "Limo Tinted Out".

i've seen a guy on the g35 forum with 2% limo? i just got my civic done in 5%, earlier, will post pix 2morrow

i got 20% all around on my 4 door teg front and back .

i had 35% on my old 4 door .

ill post pics of both the old and new tomm ..

I had 5% on the back windows of my old truck and it was a pita to see out of at night but looked great. On my truck now I have the stock on the back which is supposed to be 20% and on the front I'm not sure as it was on there when I got it. The local tint shop said it looked to be either 35% or 50% that it was really hard to tell after it gets older like that. You can see in it up close fairly easily if there is light behind it but from far away and at an angle it's really hard to see in. I have thought about going with 20% on the front windows also but I don't really want to get a ticket. Thats my only vehicle that currently has tint on it. I'd like to do the other cars but just don't have the money that I want to spend on tint.

i cant get them to work but it looks good from what i can tell.

btw how did u pass saftey/im with those percentages isnt that illegal?

a local guy here has a white nsx with 5% all around and 20% on the winshield... looks SICK!

 

i got 0% = limo tints so i can do anything i want inside
