i ordered a jdm crx climate control unit, i dont believe its the autoaircon, however, i tried to cancel my order with them the day after my transaction through e-mail and no response. i also tried to call several times throughout the day, and the next and no answer. does anybody know somebody i can get a hold of to talk to? i really would like to get my money back, if at all possible, i know this isnt really technically related but since its for my crx i thought i might be able to get some help. let me know. thanks.

pssshh, randy at jdmcargirl is a moron, that guy gets all his **** from vincent at j&r auto or extremejdm.com if you want to look it up. that guy always wants money up front before he orders anything. my buddy went to him for innovative mounts and he told him that the guy was in japan. pssh, the guy is in placentia and was here because i personally picked up bushings from the guy that same day from the warehouse.

if you want someone you can trust, look up dave at inlinefour.com, some of his stuff is a little more expensive but real good guy to do business with. tell him manny sent you and he'll hook you up.

ill definitly keep that in mind next time i order. however, i still need to get my money back. i tried contacting them through e-mail on more than one occasion. I also have called with no answer, and it says there voicemail box is full so i cannot leave a message. i dont want them to ship it out, and i cant get a hold of them to get the message through to them. so far i havent been to satisfied with customer relations...

Uhh i would ask for money upfront before ordering parts also... What happens if you back out, its all supposed to be his problem now? Good company or not, that doesn't sound unreasonable.

look, im not complaining about taking money up front. i never said that. my parents own a small company, so don't think that im misunderstanding his reasoning for asking for money up front. its the only logical thing to do. however, i would like to be able to talk to the person im buying from, or at the least be able to write an e-mail, or leave a message to be contacted back. which i have done, and no response.

you guys are right about money up front, but this is on stuff that he claims to have in stock all ready to go. he is just not good at doing what he does.

ive heard of him pull **** like this before where he takes the money and takes weeks to deliver.

since you are so far, the phone is the only way. sorry bro i wish you luck getting your money back.

This thread funny. The guy just wanted to know if someone from that company could hook him up with a way of telling them to cancel an order, and it turns to physical violence.
