Default Back from the dyno with the h22a turbo, pretty happy :)

Well, here you can see the dynos, and you can tell by the air/fuel ratio that the car isnt COMPLETELY tuned yet, cam gears havent even been touched. I think the final will be about 270ish to the wheels. This is a STOCK internaled h22a, 8psi, all in my accord

Graph looks a little wierd b/c my plugs wires are shot, gotta get new ones so it can read rev right on the dyno

what do u want to know? there is a lot of shizat. All i can say is quaife owns, but takes some time to learn. only running 8psi for now, until the built longblock is done

like i said, the dynoing is like 70% done, I need to get a fluidyne 1st, this stock radiator isnt cutting it.

You should probably try to smooth out that A/F graph a little, it will net you some extra HP and a smoother climb on the curve. By the way nice torque. Also from what I hear the H22A pistons will go pretty soon on stock internals, save up some money because chances are you will need to replace them soon.
Hey now, give me a break! I spent all night (literally!) tuning that car last night, and was getting very inconsistant numbers. I couldn't figure it out, until I decided to change VTEC only, and power decreased 20hp and across the board. So, pissed off, I took a break for 20 minutes, and ran the car again exactly the way it sat. Power returned to normal levels of about 240whp. It was then we discovered that the cooling capacity of the stock accord was not up to par for the prelude motor with the turbo. After we address that issue, I'll tune it again to better numbers, with a rock solid air/fuel ratio across the board.

Was it overheating? Curious, how did you figure out its the cooling system that was causing the hp loss? Could it just have been heatsoaked? Good numbers by the way!

the motor was HOT, and the radiator was hotter. In turn, the charge pipes run close to the radiator twice, thus heating the charge up more. Next time I should have a datalogger on it to see actual coolant temps, but it's the only thing that made sense to me.

I forgot to add that this is the tune in which I left it, not the 263hp tune, which was too lean on top end

what percentage of duty cycle were you hitting since you are using 550's but only running 8 psi? I'm curious how much more potential you have left out of the injectors.

depends where im at on the EGTs, 65mph on the interstate is about 680-730C

the highest the memory shows on my GReddy EGT is about 800, and it just records the highest regardless.

820c around 7400rpm at WOT. EGT is tapped in the manifold, a few inches from the head.
