car has fogs and lip and moldings but they werent on when i shot the first photos shown....

Hey- im about 25 minutes from you- Just wondering when the car was repainted who did it? were new quarters welded in? Would you be willing to go any lower? sell as shell? thanks

new quarters were welded/riveted in and done professionally, i'll vouch for this car
