If we are putting 86mm sleeves into a B18C/B block, would the cost still be $615?

 

Actually $632.50 (don't forget the $17.50 for handling). It is the same price regardless of the bore size. You will need to bore/hone the sleeves after they are installed.

I got the block...I need to remove the oil pan studs and get it ready to ship. Is there any chance I could ship the block to you then pay you on the 17th...I get paid on the 15th and right now im about $100 short...so if possible that would be great, thanks!

Yes, you need to bore and hone whenever new sleeves are put in.
