Default Skunk2 pro2 Cam degree specs

all u guys who's used these cams before, would u guys share some info with me...?
i want to get the full potencial of these cams.....

I think the intake centerline was 99 and the exhaust was 106, which would give you an LSA of 102.5 deg.

intake:

270°/12.8@1mm/0.000 lash

exhaust:

276°/12.0@1mm/0.000 lash

tappet clearance:
intake:0.007(cold)
exhaust:0.008(cold)


intake:
opening: 31°BTDC
peak likt: 99°ATDC
closing: 46°ABDC

exhaust:

opening: 58°BBDC
peak lift: 106°BTDC
closing: 25°ATDC


real info from skunk2 sheet that come with my set of pro 2

what do you do with all these numbers...i'm new at this here...what does the degree and lash do and what does it literately mean...so where would you set your cam gears at...

You set the cam gears to to when ever you get a 99 degree center line on the IN Vetec lobe and 106 center on the EX Vetec lobe. Then dyno it and decide if you want to move the power band.

those settings are considering nothing has been milded using a 3 layer hg rite...

i use 98in, 104ex...

but not every motor have the same need with other

then you may have to deviate from the cam card in order to best suit your particular engine, as DonF suggested above.
