FS: 2006 Suzuki GSX-R 750 Maroon/Black LoJack 5 Year Warranty
I am selling my maroon and black 2006 Suzuki GSX-R 750. I bought this bike brand new from Cycles USA in May. Unfortunately, due to a major pay glitch and my daily driver requiring a new engine, I can no longer afford my bike. The bike is the epitome of performance perfection. It has nice balance, excellent response, is very light and conforming, and sounds AWESOME with the stock exhaust. This bike was voted "Sportbike of the Year/Ever" by many magazines...just search google if you don't already know.
The bike was carefully broken in per the owner's manual. I have put 5800 miles of easy riding on it since I bought it. Service was done on time at my dealership. This bike was ridden responsibly, never red lined, NO WHEELIES OR STUNTS, never stalled, nothing. This bike was always babied, never ridden in the rain and always stored inside.
The only thing is it was dropped at about 15 MPH in a left turn (ran over fine gravel). The bike is in PERFECT WORKING ORDER, just had some cosmetic flaws. The following parts have been replaced: Upper fairing ($200), Left fairing inside and out ($260), Left seat cowl ($70), Tank cover ($100), Left ram air cover ($80), Left engine cover ($100), Left side mirror ($100). The only thing that will be not mint is the swingarm (small scratch can easily paint over-see pics below). I took it to the dealership to have it checked out to ensure nothing was bad. Everything is good.
Bike has LoJack installed ($800 value) so you can easily connect police to your bike's location if it gets stolen. More info on LoJack
Bike also comes with a transferrable 5-YEAR FACTORY WARRANTY. I purchased this option with my bike for $500 and covers the entire bike for 4 more years. This will be transferred to the buyer.
Since it was dropped, I got shogun no-cut frame sliders installed and are new unscratched. I also had a license plate bracket (fender eliminator) installed by the dealership. Still has stickers, no tank protector, all stock. I will also include a factory service manual on CD, owner's manual, spare key, rotor lock, passenger seat fairing/cover, tank protector set, and some extra hardware.
As you can see, the tags have been turned in, so I will NOT RIDE THIS BIKE until it is sold. The mileage will stay at 5,818.
I bought this bike for $11,500 out the door, and I still owe lots of money on this bike, but I must sell it now. I am asking $7500 or best offer for it. Price is negociable, please feel free to PM or email me at mailto:ylfotevoli@gmail.com to make offers. I am very flexible and willing on delivery options.
Took the pic right before installing the left handlebar end. :-P
Bike was babied and stored inside. Headers are not even dulled/rusted.

Not wrecked, scratched.
Seriously, though, it's all cosmetic and all the parts required to return the bike to MINT will be around $600.
I am accepting offers.

Man, you really should check out RonAyers.com for your fairings.. They have some of the best pricing available on the net, and if you think it'll cost only $600 you must be smoking some good stuff bro.
$8900 is a lot for that bike, even in mint condition. Sorry man, I know you're in a tough situation because of the problems you're having, but you have got to know in your own heart you got robbed paying $11,5 OTD for that bike.
So-as not to be a total d-bag.. have you tried the following bike forums to list it? I didn't see it, or you, on gixxer.com. I'm on over there almost everyday.

Those will be some of your better bets.. I'd say eBay, but you know your price won't come close over there..
Good luck on your sale. Fix those fairings!! It is financially in your interest to sell it fixed than to sell it busted. I do seriously mean that.

Thanks for the info man. I did list on craigslist also, but I will look into fixing the bike to mint then listing it on those sites you listed. I'm not sure I got "robbed" by buying a bike brand new, but it was definitely not a smart move for someone in my financial position. Even after taking a $5000 loss in resale, I'm still convinced it was worth it...even for only one summer. The bike is that sick.
The bike will actually need about $810 in parts to get it mint:
1. Upper fairing ($200)
2. Left fairing inside and out ($150 ebay) / $260 dealership
3. Swingarm ($210)
4. Left seat cowl ($70 dealership)
5. Tank cover ($100 ebay)
6. Left passenger footpeg ($30 ebay)
7. Left ram air cover ($50 ebay)
My price might be high, but please make offers. Thanks for the honesty, though

Ok! Tonight I decided to fix the bike so I just bought everything I need except the passenger footpegs. I will relist my bike when it is fixed...
Please feel free to still make offers during the work. It will be sold for the same price ($8900) in flawless condition.

i work at a dealer. we are letting 07's go for around 9.5, and we just sold our last 06 holdover for 8700. Good luck getting anywhere close to 8900 for it.
Look, I know I will not get 8900 for it. I know what it will go for, and that's why people make offers.
Lowered price...
