ITRs are a bit off on the offset, you need to run some spacers to clear the caliper and make them look flusher.

that's what I was gonna say but I think they're 5 lug though... err the ones I've seen are... they could be both but both integra's n civics have the same offset... 4/5 by 100... accords n preludes are 4/5 by 114.3

no the earliar year ITR and CTR came 4x114.3, if you search hard enough you will find quite a few Accords running around with Type-R wheels.

i vote Type-R depending on what color accord you have. they go well with darker colors in my opinion.

well aint that something....the 96 teg type-Rs DO have a 4x114.3 bolt pattern. i'd say go with it then, i agree, the white wheels would look good with a darker cooler car.

When I was researching putting these on my car awhile ago, the accords' weight (3100lbs) vs the integra's weight (2550lbs) was raised as a potential 'weak link' in stressing these wheels. They were designed for a ~550 lb lighter car. Add in passengers and cargo and....well....you see where that is going.

eh.

You can also shave the calipers to have them better clear the wheels + spacers.

are you sure accords weigh 3100. because my CL weighs under 3100 (because its a 2.2CL) and accords are definitly lighter than my car.

Very sure. The ~"2800 lbs" floating around the net is bogus. At various times, different ppl here have weighed the car (at weigh stations) and it's around 3100lbs. Also....4 banger CL's and accord ex's have the same 2.2L engine w/ vtec.

Here's a new car review from 1994

http://www.theautochannel.com/....html

my m3 weighs less than the accord however @ 3075.

thas badass I learned sumthin new then... but the weight thing... I went n weighed mine... stock nothing taken out or ne thing it said my car weighed 2900 lbs... mine's a 98 4 door so mines big so I dont think two doors or the older accords weigh that much I think it'll be all good.

That's a good price. I remember 3 years ago, sets I was seeing were ~$400 just for 4 rims. Watch out on the tires though; I'd be cautious hitting 110+ if the rubber is old and/or from japan 96'. No use totaling the car over $200 bucks worth of old UV & age weakened rubber.
