Default removing dust shields ???

I am debating on whether or not to remove the dust shields and if it will result in better cooling of the brakes. What are the pros / cons?

con's brake dust.

pro's more air circulation.

No adverse side affects on my last 3 integar's

Maybe it will help keep the car on track

If you take them off and drive in the rain, will the water affect the brakes (splashes)?

the rain should not affect it, the outer side is open to elemetns and it doesn't affect it there.

If you remove them correctly you can put them back on when the track event if over.

Dremel + a few s = removeable shields.

Better cooling =
