MOMO Steering Wheel Horn Problem (Please Help)
Okay, this isn't the usual how to wire a momo horn to work and what Honda Part# is the shoe string question... This is for a 92 Honda Civic Hatchbackand I've already wired up a shoestring and connected a wire from the yellow plug under the dash, to the back of the (headlight) switch unit.... The momo horn is connected properly within the steering wheel...
I press the horn button and hear a 'click' but no horn noise... I can let go and press the horn an infinite amounts of time and still, I only hear this click under the dash... I've tried to put my head under the dash and listen to try to locate exactly where this click was coming from but that was too hard... Anyone have any ideas why my horn isn't working?
Thanks in Advance!

Brake lights work and the horn did work before.... and all of a sudden decides not to

Shoe horn is definitely touching.. if not, it wouldn't even make a clicking noise... plus a had visible evidence that it touched... just dont know why it clicks but makes no sound...

Yeah it worked before... but now it doesn't... It truly does suck... any ideas or starting place where I can check for a short, if it is one?

personally id chek by the horn first, cause if its touching a nother wire itll short out the ground, but if u want a quick way jus stick ur head under the dash and see if u see a spark then ull know
but if ur lucky enuff to have a voltmeter u can use that

well its not really gona be voltage ur lookin for in a short actully ur gona be looking for the ohms of resistance sorry its gona get a lil technical but when the circuit is grounded the ohms should lower but if the circuit has a short it will drop to 0
Take off the shoestring, and find a metal part in it you can touch to a ground. If you touch it to a ground, and it honks, the problem is in your horn button. If you touch it, and it clicks, then the problem lies in either:
A) your wiring
B) a fuse or relay
C) the horn iteslf
