Default Code 20 ELD problem help PLEASE!

ok, i just finished my mini me swap and before i even began, i had the entire front end off and disconnected all harnesses and the grounds (behind right headlight).

now before i reconnected the ground (little black box with 5 black wires going in) I started it with the 3 main grounds reconnected (valve cover to rad support, battery to trans, and thermo housing). and the car ran great, turning the headlights on or open sunroof etc...caused tach to go nuts, lights dimming and idle rpm to drop.

now I hooked back up all the boxes that attach behind the right headlight and the box that connects to rad support. started the car and it ran ok, except for the same thing happening when i turn on the headlights..eradic idle, drop in rpm, then when i hit the highbeam switch. the car went nuts. it dropped to about 500 rpm and all the lights (except CEL) came on.

now i notice the 20 blinks w/o CEL being on mind you, and the car wont even crank, when i turn ignition to ON position every light except CEL come on, the key chime is very low.

now the battery has good charge, i checked all known grounds and they are tight. the ELD shows voltage, but i noticed instead of it showing 2v like its supposed to when the headlight switch is on low, it shows 12v. (the headlights do not come on when car is off btw).

I am almost completely stumped. Am I missing any grounds? Could it be the Alt? Should I replace fuse box?

oh yeah, btw, the starter fuse (i believe is 14 under dash, seems ok, but when I put a trestlight on it (with key on) it dims all dash lights.

PLEASE if anyone has the slighest clue, and could help, It would be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Click on code 20 https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=468260

Double check your battery, Try to jump it just to be sure and maybe even check your main relay.
