id get ground controls if you want low but ride quality sucks ***
i hear the h & r springs ride well from a guy who had them with stock shocks. but the drop was about 1-2 finger gap

with the 15''s you look slammed!

H&R Sport Springs. 15" Slips with 195/55/15 tires

The ride is great, much better than the groud-controls I had on my hatch.

i rub only sometimes on major drive ways on the 192/50/15's but with the 205/45/16 on 40 offset and 37 offset i always rub. same goes to scraping the exhaust...only on major driveways. i'm on a mugen twinloop catback from a dc2 modified to fit the em1 and i have no exhaust scrape problems on the normal driveways. the ride is firm on the softest settings and is not bouncy at all and of course at full stiff on the shocks it rides really stiff/firm same difference

i had H&R Race springs on my ej8 w/ koni yellows. they were stiff but i wish they were stiffer.

i bought them agian for my 01 gti w/ bilstien sports and they are a little harsher than i would like.
