best size turbo for an integra gsr runnin on stock internals?
hey, planning on running around 6psi...whats the best size turbo that wont give me too much turbo lag but give me some nice boost? t3/t4 maybe? wheres like the cheapest place i can get a good one for?

if youhave no plans to turn up the boost just run a greddy kit. they spool up pretty quick and make decent power. only thing you need to get an intercooler.
if you think you are going to turn the boost up in the future (which you probably will because enormous amount of power you just got compared to all motor) go with a t3/t4 setup. if youwanna just put the turbo on go with a f-max. kind of expensive but you won't have to sell/throw away anything. otherwise go with drag. wait ont he drag kit though. Drag 4 setup is supposedly do this summer, and nobody knows what is going to be included in this set.
go with import parts(importparts.com) for a drag kit. thats where I got mine from. the majority of this board is going to back me up on the t3/t4 setup but in the end it's up to you.

Well, what I've seen is a t3/t4 with a 48 wheel in a stage 3 ex. and 63 compressor. Hope this will help.

Drag III, just run boost<10psi and grab a hondata 2b w/injectors and you'll be set and much happier than w/ a greddy or smaller turbo kit!!

i would say a t28, you can always swap the turbo in the future...t3/t04's are pretty big. you will make more power with a t3/4 but i doubt it will be (nearly) as much fun on the street. plus, t28s, t3's and other cheeper turbos are much cheaper.

On a GSR I would go with a T3/T40E. .63AR turbine, Stage III trim on the turbine and maybe 57 trim on the compressor wheel.
