Default Lets make fun of the idiot who tried to change his fuel filter...me (Help)

Yaaahhhh. I got a new fuel filter. Time to go put her on. Look here, 2 bolts...this will be EZ.. Lets go with the 12mm on this one... One turn and she should be loose enough....

<Places socket on bolt>
<Turns>

<Fuel running down engine>

OH F*CKING PIECE OF MOTHERFU*KING SH*T

Oh yeah, that's right, the fuel system is still pressurized.

Anyone wanna help me on this one? What are the required steps to changing my fuel filter?

ahhhhhh.... helms.... the honda bible.

PeloTudo: this is the best investment you can make. Buy one for your car, and buy one for your engine.

Pretty sure the helms and the service manual are almost identical.

I have a Chilton/Haynes for the CRX, but not for the engine. I couldn't find either of them though until about 3.45 seconds ago when I looked under my other stack of books. Oh well. The new fuel filter is in, and works great.

I am moving the MAP sensor down under my intake, just to clean up the upper part of my engine a little. I'll post pics when done with everything.

for the help guys

Lol...I know that now. Here is a list of what has been done this evening:

Fuel Filter Changed
Charcoal canister removed
MAP sensor moved under intake (not in sight)
Various vacuum caps applied
Timing retarted a little (Only 2deg advanced now)

Getting ready to take her for the first test run after everything done...Wish me luck
