I used 90-93 teggy complete hub/knuckle assembly. You will need 4040 proportioning valve and 15/16 master cylinder from the teg.

And you will need to do the booster too. I know ^he meant to say that too. The Integra MC will not bolt to your stock booster. There should be a tag on the booster that says 260V that is the booster for the non abs booster and mc and you must keep them together. Don't mix & match non abs and abs boosters and MCs.

Yes that will work too same as a 90-91 ex 4dr will also bolt to the stock booster. If you plan on adding bigger brakes later you will need to upgrade to the Integra booster/mc

If you want to reduce your brake pedal travel (which I love) then yes. If you are just going to run stock Integra stuff you could get away with stock 88-91 MC/Booster.

I also know that the 92-95 Si's had a 230V booster that would not reduce the pedal as much as the Integra 260V or ABS 290V but will reduce the travel more than your 205V booster that you have now.

Confused yet?

you do know if you use the sir knuckle you will need special tie rods as well, the integra90-93 and 88-91 civic/crx share the same tie rod, the sir uses a different and hard to get one, just a heads up

It's pretty easy.... remove and replace.
The only thing is it might mess up you camber/caster alignment. Probably need a alignment.
If you come by Austin I'll show you how to change it.

I have the ITR big brake upgrade using a 92 Integra knuckle and have integra rear discs. I did upgrade to the 15/16th MC but I did not change the proportioning valve or the booster. Pedal is a just a touch long (just a matter of adjustment in how it feels) but modulates fine. My car is a dedicated track car only street driving is to drive to the track (road course). The brakes feel fine particularly under on the limit threshold braking and I don't smoke the rear tires very much usually when there is some trail braking or off camber corner entry, so proportioning seems fine to me. Just another opinion.

And Barry can drive the crap out of this car. I love watching him take on Vettes and Porsches. I just watch, typically from behind him, and have a big toothy grin. Barry you should try stepping into the Integra Booster/MC the non ABS. It will bolt right in. Next time I see you I'll let you feel the brakes on my car they are the same as your except the booster.

Well thanks for the but then there is always somebody faster than me out there too. I try hard though. I am scared to touch your brakes. Then I will want the set up. I may be tempted though. Right now I have to get another head gasket on the motor for PBOC at Barber in November.

I would get the Integra MC/BB, you will notice a difference.

I did a 91 DA all wheel disc conversion on my hf along with earls stainless steel braided brake lines and brembo cross drilled and sloted rotors and I must say that braking power has increased dramatically from the weenny hf setup. Although the brake pedal does feel a little softer because it goes down more than before. But im sure this is because I still need the mc/bb from the DA (soon). But I do have a question will I need to modify the lines going the the mc to accomodate the DA mc ? Thanks

I am using teg knuckles with rotors and calipers, but I am still using to stock si upper control arm. Before I swapped my b series in, I was using the teg upper control arms, and they are different. I am still trying to figure out which would serve a better purpose for caster, camber reasons....ANyone know?
using a 91 civic ex master, stock booster, and stock prop valve. My pedal is usually hard, but at times it goes down further than normal... Im thinkin its the master..
