I bought this from a guy on here saying it came off a b series set up but when i installed it i found out it just dont seem to be possible! So now what i need to know is what series motor this is for so i can sell. I will take pics of it by its self later.

the pipe actually goes under the main part of the oil pan.

his friend said it was with a ramhorn but no matter which way i held it high or low and at different angles there was no way it would work

you can look at the pics and imagine the turbo in different places and there is just no way it will work unless i keep my car 2 feet off the ground

lol... it is kinda funny but im still pissed

so if any one can identify this down pipe by the radius of it please do so i can get rid of it.

what i think its for is a cybernation turbo kit for a rsx

you do realize that differnt "ramhorn" manifolds will place the turbo in differnt locations right?

downpipes are far from universial from manifold to manifold.

that downpipe looks like it would work just fine if you were using the correct manifold. its not pretty at all...but fitment wise it should work with the right manifold lol

it does look like it would require to sit the turbo pretty far forward and pretty low

yeah the only way it would work asis would be to put the turbo in the bumper w/no radiator. keep in mind in goes under the lowest part of the oil pan

and yes i know that manifolds and dp's are some what a kit

looks like your only option is to start all over again on the downpipe.

but thats def. not a K series downpipe.

noone is going to be able to identify it by looking at those pics. theres a million different ways to build a downpipe and theres a million different ways a manifold can be built to position a turbo.

actually I can see that being a Rsx downpipe, because its not a bseries downpipe.

I do not belive it is a custom downpipe im pretty sure it is a cybernation dp to fit with a cybernation manifold on a rsx.

and i do belive there is someone on here that has a cybernation kit and can verifiy this

i will take a pic of it now by its self

they way that the dp is shaped will lead me to believe that this is a RSX DP..cause i remember my Greddy one quite well... also keep in mind that the rsx has the exhaust manifold on the firewall side of the car. That may be a K Seriied manifold, but if cybernations is doing that ghetto of a job, I'm glad I went greddy. Also what leads me to believe that it is a K Series DP is the bungs for the o2. RSX has 2 and that same placement. B series does not. anyways, that is my $0.02
