Well, there was a thread that I can't find talkin about putting EVO8 rims on an FGcoupe... As I said in that thread, my friend has them. So he calls me up today and ask me if I can help him out with his Maxima. SO I thought, hey while I'm there.... why not!
[b]All in all, I like this offset, new rims I get are NOT going to be anything less than +42[b].
KEEP IN MIND, OEM 16" STILL ON PASSENGER SIDE
side note - lowered on Tein S-techs
OEM Lug nut spacing

EVO8 Lug nut spacing - you can see its much bigger, need all new lug nuts... I dunno what kind though

17x8, +38 offset

fitted with 235/45/17

Cleaned up the rim just a bit

kind of like them muhself too
but I rather have TSX rims (to replace the stock 16")
oh yea, i didn't drive on them, because it just wouldn't be safe with the lugnut situation

I like how they look. On a side note, that retro needs to be finished. What is the deal with that? Still looking for shrouds?

i dont know, i didnt drive on them, it would not have been safe/smart considering they don't fit right with the OEM lugs...
but for everyday driving I could see they would be fine, but when it comes to some seroius cornering, I could see rubbage might be an issue

+ I was sweating like a pig after putting them on/off but yeah.. didn't want to test that out.. just put it on cuz folks were wondering if it could be done, what it would look like, etc. . .

You need some hubrings bro! Thats the reason why they dont sit on your hub, you can go to a local tire shop and ask for hubrings that go from a 73.1(the hub size for the enkei's i believe) - 64.1(the hub size for the 06 civic). You would not believe how many people out there sell wheels without informing their customers about hub-centric rings.
