Default PICTURES-what do these plugs do, what goes here..etc obd0 harness 99d16y8 CRX HF88

Im putting a 99d16y8 into my 88hf crx... This is my paper for my conversion harness on my ECU

This is a sensor that i'm not sure what it is nor where it goes too.. I belive its the 02 sensor but in my conversion harness I have four wires that I run to the 4wire 02 which I have..so im thinking I may not need this. Unless this plug goes to something else..

Is this the IAB sensor? the secondary intake runner? because if it is...then I need to run the "pink" wire to it...

These are under the intake manifold and they are all nipple like plugs. My motor has one nipple unlike the 88d15 had a spot for two..and another seperate nipple alone.. The nipple above the oil filter on this d16y8 i belive is the knock sensor. There is a wire from the conversion harness to run to it.

I'm not sure which sensor is this blue sensor on the back of the d16y8.. I have no plugs that'll go to it.. You can see the nipple sensor above the oilfilter in the same picture. I showed a picture of the three plugs that are left..i'm little confused by this point.

Right on the bottom left side near the crank pulley is this plug..i'm not sure what sensor it is..and I dont have a plug for it.. help please

Right by my index finger is a wire that has the plug torn off.. i dont know what size or kind of plug it is.. I have an extra obd1 harnes laying around with all sensors and if I kow where that plug goes to then i can cut a plug and run it to the ECU and it'll still get the signal..

This is a brown sensor by the head and i'm not sure if the picture above is the plug thats supposed to go there...if so like stated earlier, i'll get my obd1 harness and cut a plug and wire it to there..

i'm not sure what these sensors are...and how to plug them up...the rest of the motor is done. I have an extra obd1 engine harness and i can use some of the plugs from there if I need to. If you could please help name the sensors so I can know where to run the wires from the ecu liek stated in the first picture with the diagram...thankyou

99d16y8 into 88crx hf.. using stock harness from crx-extra p28 harness is available

You won't need this anymore just tuck it away somewhere

Intake Air Temperature (IAT) the Y8 doesn't have IAB's. IAB is for B18C(GSR) motors

You will either need to take the two pronged sensor off the back of the D15 block and screw it into the Y8 block or run these wires to the fan switch on the thermostat housing of the Y8 motor

This is the knock sensor and won't be used but you can sell it on here for at least 30 bucks to the right persons

This is the Crank Angle Sensor you won't need it unless you are converting to OBD2 just tuck it away if you are converting to OBD1 or staying OBD0

The brown sensor is the Y8's fan switch referred to in the above questions. I can't tell very well but it looks like that wiring is torn off goes to the temperature gauge signal wire that plugs in under the distributor.

i'm not sure what these sensors are...and how to plug them up...the rest of the motor is done. I have an extra obd1 engine harness and i can use some of the plugs from there if I need to. the last brown sensor is the fan switch i belive and i need to run the plugs from picture 4 to it-correct?(the two plugs in my hand).. the single plug on the right of the two i'm holding is the oil pressure plug that goes in above the oilfilter..where the single nipple is located..

since im using a p28..i belive i dont need to wire up the knock sensor..-correct?

then the wire in the 7th picture is a single wire...not the green and yellow wires you can see.. its the wire within that black cover/cut off...i dont know where that goes..if the Temperature Gauge Signal wire is one wire..then that should be it..but where is the Teperature gauge signal located?

correct, P28 dont need the knock sensor

the brown sensor is the fan temp switch.im not sure about the two wires though

the temp guage sensor should be next to the green plug on the head

on the back of the d15 there is a sensor where those two should go to. the name of that sensor would be called the thermosensor which is basicly the same **** thats on the obd2 motor..so i've been told to run those to the fan switch on the head...i'll try it today, soon as the rain goes down..
