Ordered some RC injectors from there because they were really cheap compared to most places. Then I got an email later in the day saying that my card and billing address dont match. I checked my card info, the info is correct that I gave them, and there is a pending charge on my account anyway for the injectors.

After trying to figure out what was going on, I realize there is no contact number anywhere on the site, and asks to send an email to their sales dept. I find that odd, makes it sort of cumbersome to resolve any sorts of billing disputes. Anyway I email them asking for a contact number I could call, and 2 days later I get a response saying that not only does the card information not match, but that the injectors I ordered are not in stock and going to take atleast a month for them to come in. Not only that but they provided no contact number and just said "Let us know".

I emailed RC to find out if they do in fact have a back order on the injectors, but I havent heard back yet. Im pretty sure they are going to say no. Im not in a huge rush, so I dont really mind waiting at this point, but it just seems sort of fishy.

 

it has been 6 months now when they told me that they have the parts i want in stock (STi lip, Mugen style wing for 03 civic, total $675), i did a money transfer to their bank account right away and asked them for a contact number and address so i can send DHL to pick up the parts from their place as if he going to use USPS or whatever he uses, they charge a lot for international shipping... i can get a discount with DHL...
anyway, i just got a reply a week later saying that the wing is not in stock and will be in 1 month later... i waited 1 month and got no reply... sent few e-mail when i got a reply saying that they don't make the wing anymore!
so i asked for a solution! just no reply, i asked for other parts, and again he's saying don't have them in stock...
until now (today) i sent him e-mail asking if he got anything in his shop (if he got a shop by any chance) and just send me anything...
i'm sure there will be a reply (we don't have anything in stock)!!

 

Dude i bought some wheels off of them and they took FOREVER to send it.. It was for some SPUN wheels. I almost thought i got ripped off. They used to be a sponsor here on this site but then their service just took a ****. At least i finally got my stuff i will never buy from them again
