THE BATTLE OF THE IMPORTS SPONSORED BY INTEC RACING RETURNS TO THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST AND HEADS FOR PACIFIC RACEWAYS LOCATED IN KENT, WA



On Saturday evening, July 8th, the Battle of the Imports sponsored by Intec Racing returns to Pacific Raceways (Kent, WA) for the third consecutive year and fourth stop on it's 2006 nationwide tour. Pro and Street class racers from all over the Pacific Northwest will have the opportunity to compete for cash, contingency and trophies at one of the quickest track on the Westcoast. In addition to the drag racing action, the Password:JDM carshow will have just as much competition with car crews from all over fighting for a chance at national exposure. Also on the card is the 2X points USACi car audio competition where audio competitors can choose to compete in either SPL or SQ, The Finestmodels.com swimsuit competition and the interactive vendors midway anchors the evenings event.

<U>DIRECTIONS</U>
From I-5
In Federal Way take the SR 18 East exit (exit 142) toward Auburn. Go 8.9 miles and take the exit for SE 304th/SE 312th (a sign about 1/4 mile before the exit will also identify it as Green River Community College/Pacific Raceways). At the end of the exit ramp, turn left; at the next opportunity, turn right. Proceed on the track access road.

From SR 167
Take the SR 18 East exit toward Auburn. Go 6.2 miles and take the exit for SE 304th/SE 312th (a sign about 1/4 mile before the exit will also identify it as Green River Community College/Pacific Raceways). At the end of the exit ramp, turn left; at the next opportunity, turn right. Proceed on the track access road.

From I-405
From Northbound I-405 take Exit #2 in Renton for southbound SR 167 From Southbound I-405 take Exit #2B in Renton for southbound SR 167. Then follow the directions above for SR 167.

Who else is making the trip. Wheres all the NorCal peeps at? 1st BOTi had some great cars. DTR (danny & bell),Max Ha,Bisi, Dr.Charles.

 

ahhh.... its that time of the year again when Frank and Boti brings us something to look forward to

but at the same time you're costing me a lot of time and money! haha...workin late nights on all of our cars trying to get ready. its crunch time

There are few of us going and a few that wants to race in the Hometown. We're planning to go to Vegas on the 14-15.

 

yeah i talked to some guys from idaho, and they said that there was an event there the same weekend. and i'm like "SO?! small hometown race or BOTI?" haha should be a simple answer. but hey, hope to see ya there, i'll probably be one of the many red turbo ek's there in the street comp class running with ya.

cant wait to see the hatch again zol ill be out there but not running my car she will still be getting broke in maybe next year...... i always seem to have soemthing come up every year and havent been able to make it to boti if i have to i will drive my big *** truck there and run over some aluminum wings.

well zol i dont live 10 minutes from a dyno so by the time i get it running cruise it around a lil checking for leaks, problems, tweaking ish' so it runs decent im pretty much broke in and then the 2 hour drive to the dyno generally gets me a good 400-500 miles on my car. besides i had to slang off my old turbo kit to afford my engine rebuild so im all ready for boost just need to get the new toys i want in my sig. ill end up being a tool bitch im gunna bring my jacks tools and i have some spare axles i can bring along in case or i guess when someone snaps an axle.

 

I wanna run so badly but i don't think im good enough to come out for boti to race. maybe to spectate, yeah.
