Default Auto to manual...cruise control?

Has anyone that's done an auto to manual swap on an eg been able to successfully wire up cruise control, or am I just going to have to ditch that? I read someone say it should work if I splice a couple wires together, but nobody ever gave an actual definite answer to that from all I've read.

 CRUISE CONTROL SENSOR: Run two wires from the clutch pedal assembly (cruise control disable switch) to the two wires (#7 black & #13 pink) of the old automatic shifter plug. This will disable the cruise control once the clutch is depressed.

yea, my car is an auto->manual conversion and a B18B conversion with fully functional reverse lights, cruise control, A/C, power steering

oh and also, i have my remote start hooked up to it so that it overrides the clutch, i take no credit for this as electrical is not my thing

Also, could I connect the two fat black wires to the main switch on the clutch, so I have to have it held in to start the car? I'd like the car to work as normally as possible.

Actually I didn't do an auto to manual swap, my car has always been a stick (dx). I did a power door conversion and wasn't thinking when I picked up a new cabin harness, I got a harness from an auto. So electrically I have to tackle the same problems as someone that did an auto to manual swap. That's why I titled this thread "auto to manual" because people that did auto to manual would know my problems. People that did a door swap most likely wouldn't because they probably didn't overlook what kinda of harness they were getting. Sorry if the title was misleading... But about your question... To start the car you need to splice together the two fat black wires on the harness that plugs into the auto shifter, and to get your key out you can do that by removing that blue interlock box.

Here you go...

WIRING:

 You will notice the 14-wire plug at the old automatic shifter location. Cut the plug from the auto shifter assembly and leave about 5” of wire.
 STARTER SENSOR: Run two wires from the clutch pedal assembly (clutch interlock switch) to the two heavy gauge wires (#11 & #12) at the plug. This will allow the car to only crank when the clutch pedal is depressed.
 TO CRANK CAR: Spot the 2-wire plug with two heavy gauge black wires. Connect them in a “closed” loop.
 CRUISE CONTROL SENSOR: Run two wires from the clutch pedal assembly (cruise control disable switch) to the two wires (#7 black & #13 pink). This will disable the cruise control once the clutch is depressed.
 TO REMOVE KEY IN IGNITION: Connect the black wire with the green/white wire (on the 14-wire plug). This puts the car in “PARK” so you can take the key out.
 REVERSE LIGHT: Run two wires from manual tranny plug (yellow & green) to the yellow #4 & green/black #5 of the auto shifter cut plug.
