Default Question about removing stock Cd player

how the hell do u do it? i know u have to take out the ashtray etc... and there are two screws underneath. anyone know what size they are? or are they simply screws?

Im not sure what size the screws are on the bottom your talked about, but all I have to say is dont forget about that screw in the back!. I almost ripped the whole damn thing out trying to figure out what was holding it in there!

they are TINY and a pain in the a** to reach...you need little hands to reach it.

ok man im an installer what you need to do is get a 8mm socket long ext. and a swivel look behind the deck and you will see 2 8mm bolts going up into the deck take them out and slide the deck out thats it real easy i do them in about 8 min start to finish hope this helps

A 1\4 inch rachet, 8mm socket and 3 inch extension is all you need. And a little contortion.
