My car was broken into while parked outside my house this morning. It happened between 1:30am and 6:45am. They took my alpine 9835 head unit, cd's, airbags and my freakin door!!!

Anyone let me know if they see these parts for sale around my area. thanks!

That sucks man, like the previous guy asked, do you have full-coverage insurance on the car? If so, you should be set (but it still sucks that it happened)... It would definitely suck if you don't have full insurance... Either way, I'll keep a lookout for you - my sympathies

Hey man thanks for all the replies. Yes i do have full cover, im dealing with insurance right now. I might be able to get them to pay for my head unit since i have the receits. A tow truck is supposed to come to my house to pick it up today in the afternoon.

 

Holy ****! Those guys must have some serious ***** to strip a car like that in front of your house, in what appears to be a quiet suburban neighborhood.

if someone went through all that trouble, should have just taken the seats etc..

 

that really sux. my sympathies. and i thought detroit was bad. i'll never forget the day i headed out to go to work and saw my civic teetering on 2 cinder blocks minus the wheels. i recommend getting a .45 and going to a practice range.

 

if it was me, i would've taken those seats.. both doors.. the carpets, floor mats, i would've taken out your center console, your shifter, and boot...

rip out your cluster, cuz those are easy sales... and ****... hell i'll prolly jack up ur car and take the rims as well and leave it on bricks.

o yea, i'll also take the head lights and tail lights as well...

 

That is ridiculous they must be a low breed piece of crap to do that .
