need a new locking mechanism.

pop off your door panel and replace it.

since both manually and wireless the door wont lock then it is prolly the lock assembly,

its about a $45-60 part.

take your door panel off though and look around and see what is happening when you try to lock it, thenyou can know for sure what part is bad.

I took the panel off......when I hit the door lock switch I feel a very faint movement in the lock mechanism...but the passenger side is loud(normal)................everything looks normal in there too..........nothing broken or disconnected........

It sounds like you need to replace the door lock actuator. If you can feel it "trying" to move then you are getting power. It's not a hard fix just go to your dealer and pick one up then I can give you instructions

NO
If it will not lock manually, it is most likely the lock assy itself!
Disconnect the power lock, and if you can lock it with the key,get the actuator. i'm pretty sure its the lock cylinder (mine went bad)
