testing waters..FS 1988 hf crx, obd1, itbs, mr5, wire tuck etc in so cal, lots of pics
looking to sell my white 88 hf crx, i just want to see if theres any interest in its current condition. if not i will fix a few of the problems and try again. heres the list:
car:
88 frost white hf crx
150,000 miles
clean title
engine:
d15b vtec motor
89 si tranny, no grinds
ae101 custom itb setup with t3 velocity stacks
custom 266 degree gude cam
knock off stainless header
act extreme clutch and alluminum flywheel
complete obd1 grey plug conversion
p28 ecu with crome
also has a vafc installed for on the fly changes
custom test pipe
old school trust exhaust
polished obd2 HONDA valve cover
also have a skunk cam sprocket not installed for it
suspension:
b+g full coilover
skunk rear integra sway bar with integra brackets and 99 si endlinks
spoon rear lower tie bar
custom c-pillar bar
interior:
buddy club bucket
sparco wheel
spoon ****
alpine mp3/cd player
boston front speakers
alpine rears
exterior:
mugen 14" mr5 with center caps, no lug caps
near new falken 615 azenis 195/60/14
near new frost white paint
shaved hood emblem
shaved antenna
paint matched mirrors and handles
new bumper lenses from honda
jdm zc plastic headlights
extent of the wire tuck:
the ecu plugs have been completely changed from obd0-1 with only soldering
the fuse box has been mounted under the dash
the engine harness has been rerouted into the car
both headlight harnesses have been tucked
charcol canister removed
fuel filter removed
windshield wiper motor removed
battery relocated to the trunk with oddysey dry cell battery
radiator overflow relocated
well you get the idea. and like any 18 year old car it has its flaws. somebody bumped me in a parking lot and cracked the paint on the passenger front bumper. not major but has to be repainted. there are minor rock chips on the hood and front bumper from driving this thing everyday. the brakes will need to be serviced very soon. the engine smokes a bit but i think its mostly from needing to be tuned more than anything. however i can source and install a vtec d16 motor for another 500 bucks if interested. i think thats everything, feel free to ask questions though.
