JDM Recaro = 40.5 lbs
Bridgestone RE010 195/55-15 = 20 lbs
Rear tray and hardware (buckle, screws, clips) = 7.5 lbs
Rear Seat backings = 19.6 lbs
Rear Seat bottom = 7.2 lbs

Mine is stripped, nothing behind the rear seats.
Those JDM Recaros weigh a tonne so I took 'em out and now got some sweet Racetech 100's in there
All up the stuff I took out around 170lbs incl the light weight hatch

some people can save yourselves some trouble and just lose your fat. to save few ounces by changing lug nut is not worth it IMO.

Anybody have the weight of the AC components--compressor, condensor, fan, brackets etc., pretty much everything but the lines. I live in the south, roll with no AC, Cf hood, no spare or jack, DC manifold, no rear wiper, weigh 155 lbs myself(6'2", yeah Im skinny), car feels pretty light, but this is about as far as Im willing to go.

Oh yeah, I got rid of the girlfriend, too. That saved about 110 pounds.

Quit letting fat chicks ride in your car. That's good for a lot of weight.

Interesting thread here. Great info though .

Rear seats are out along with the seat belt assembly(those suckers weigh quite a bit). Both airbags are gone too. cf hood, BC bucket seat and a few other things.

Not sure if I'm willing to "gut" my car since it's still my DD. The OMP 6 point will add some weight this summer

The race kaa is 2420 with:
- 3 gallons of gas
- an extra MOMO seat
- harness on the passenger side
- 76 ft of cage.

I said just before I weighed her I would be happy at 2650 & the scale wiggled between 2649/2650

I've pulled another 15lbs of crap wiring & brackets out since then.

I'll have to go on a diet soon

haha....I didn't do it for the weight loss. I accidentally ordered the wrong lugs (I got the ones for extended studs) and I don't have the extended studs. I didn't like the way they looked sticking out an extra inch beyond wheel so I cut off the end. I just happen to have the scale nearby so I figured I'd weigh them.

Last thing I need to do is lose weight. I'm trying to stinking gain weight
