hey if any of you guys have megan racing exhaust let me know what you think of it, i have a megan muffler chillin at my house im thinking about putting on. really looking for a sound clip if anybody has one.

yes indeedy you are correct, most of them do, because it's just to get the "look", which IMHO is kind of a ricer thing.
Real angled mufflers started on the Japanese drifters and road racers in attempts to get the straightest, least restrictive exhaust as possible, they would run the exhaust straight back, under the rear suspension, and then have one single bend over to the muffler so it would exit under the stock bumper cutout. Supras have their mufflers sitting at an angle under the car as stock, so it kind of lent itself to an angled canister on modified Supras. It's also done quite often on Silvias and 180SX's, Skylines, AE86's, etc.
If your exhaust passes over the rear LCA on a Honda, and the muffler sits at an angle, then it's pretty much just for looks only.
