Touch-Up Paint for Gunmetal Wheels
EDIT - THIS INFORMATION IS WRONG - SEE BELOW
About a month ago there was some discussion here about the proper color code for the '00-01 ITR gunmetal wheels. The two codes we were discussing were NH-95M and NH-546M. I bought the touch-up paint for the NH-95M and I believe this is the proper match for the ITR gunmetal wheels. It's named Blades Silver Metallic; this color was also used for the OEM wheels for all '94-96 NSX's. The full part number is 08703-NH95MAA. (NH-546M is the color code for the Kaiser Silver Metallic which the '97-99 NSX was available in.)

I made an error in my initial post above.
The color code mentioned above (Blades Silver, NH-95M) is actually the code for the wheels used on the '97-01 NSX, which are a machined silver finish. I believe that the best match for the ITR gunmetal wheels is Solaris Silver, NH-536M. This is the code for the wheels used on the '94-96 NSX, which are a (duh) gunmetal gray finish.
I apologize for the error.

I got some of the Solaris Silver touch-up paint and tried it out. The color is NH-536M and the part number is 08703-NH536MAA. The match is not perfect; the paint looks like a brighter silver than the gunmetal silver on the wheels. Oh, well; I think it's pretty hard to get a close match on any color of metallic touch-up paint. And it's better than not touching them up, I suppose.
Incidentally, I have a set of the Solaris Silver NSX wheels and, side by side with the ITR gunmetal wheels, they look indistinguishable from each other.

I searched this was the closest to finding the exact color.
I ordered the kaiser silver thinking it was correct now in this thread its not the right one.

Either one, Solaris Silver or Kaiser Silver, will work just fine. They are so close in color to each other that you will never notice the difference.

Yes.
Some people say they looked it up in something and it says Kaiser Silver.
I have a set of the NSX wheels that are the Solaris Silver, and when I put them next to ITR GM wheels, the color looks absolutely identical.

No, it isn't unknown. I'm not sure why this "mystery" persists, but anyone can look up both the ITR wheels and the center caps in the Acura parts computer and find them listed as "Kaiser Silver Metallic (NH-546M)".
I have checked with different dealers on separate occasions, regarding the wheels themselves as well as the center caps, and the color listed by Acura is Kaiser Silver Metallic. If that isn't sufficient to end the debate, perhaps someone can write to Takeo Fukui for additional confirmation.
