1) Don't know how to drive
2) Put on lowering or some other garbage "race" springs on way too soft of shocks

I couldn't stop laughing during that, especially when he totally missed the turn .. Good job their chief! (to the driver hehe )

If that were me, i would have taken that tape out and smashed it, pissed onit and burned it. I sure as hell wouldnt have let it get onto the net. Sheesh.

It's people like that who are most dangerous to others.
For total novices they would be intimidated somehow and know not to go even 5/10 of their capability.
For experienced drivers they can go 8/10 easily and know what they're doing.
For THAT kind of drivers, they can go 8/10 easily but don't know what they're doing. They don't know much, but just barely enough to get in trouble.

I would say his car was very well modified and forgiving, especially the suspension, otherwise with his poor driving skill, the car would have been loosing all over the place.
