And pretty damn low mileage...it's THEFT salvage meaning the body is still straight as i am.

Plus you shouldn't hate on a guy that's FROM the 626

I do agree, that is a bit too high for a Salvage Titled car. Theft or not, it was junk at one point

The most you will pull for something of that caliber with that title, is around 13-14k if you're lucky.

Its a nice car, but with R's ..buyers are **** and look for something original and with a clean record.

Good luck..

First off, beautiful Type R. It's gorgeous. I'm not afraid of purchasing a salvaged vehicle. However, I think the price is too steep. I can find a genuine JDM ITR already registered and smogged in CA for that price. Just pointing that out.
I seriously love the car, though. Very immaculate. Best of luck on the sale.

Please, retract this statement

The car has a theft/recovered title, but that does not mean the car is trash. If you Look at the pictures, you can tell that the owner has put in time and effort to restoring this car + much more.

I do agree however, that even with the low miles, 17k+ is too steep for this car. This is largely due to the fact that is hard enough to get a car loan for a mint low mileage R for 17k( 10k was the most I could get for Opie's), but banks will not give out loans for salvaged title vehicles.

Either way, I wish you the best, you have built a an excellent caR.

It's a hot car dude, but you can get 00-01s with fairly low mileage for $17,000. It depends though, if you aren't in any hurry to sell it, keep it at 17 and wait for the right buyer .

This car isn't trash at all; there are several interesting stories behind this car as to who owned it before me, etc. When I acquired this car it was restored to immaculate, STOCK condition by an ACURA DEALERSHIP. So everything aside from the motor is MINT. As planned, this car is my pet project and although it is prepped for light track duty, I've NEVER tracked it yet. I have intended more haRdcoRe plans for this caR: ATS LSD, ATS gears. But being in a different country has made me realized that I cannot enjoy tracking this car to its true potential. I have poured countless hours and days of work into this car. Hopefully someone can respect the amount of time, effort, work, searching, sweating and sometimes even bleeding that has come into keeping this car as mint as possible.
