Just thought I would post a few pics of my Integra with the new wheels on it because when I was trying to find some the search was not very fruitfull. 15" Black Slipstreams with 205/50-15 Falken Azenis tires, held to the car with Kyokugen lugs. Damn these tires are dope. So much better than stocks. Oh, and for those of you who are going to post some **** about how they arent real Spoons.....you need not waste your time, I am very much aware that they are not Spoons, they came in Rota boxes so they must be Rotas and the price tag was much nicer as well. In case your wondering. Your car looks F*%king awsome! I just bought a white 96 GSR and I'm trying to get wight out of it. After seeing how yours looks, my factory spoiler's getting the boot!

Anyone who pays for real spoon rims is most likely a poser. Real weekend warriors spend money on what gets the job done and entry fees not names.

Like I said above I was havin a really hard time findin any when I was thinkin about gettin these wheels so thats why its here. All I can say is these tires are the ****! They stick so damn good. I really need to get the side skirts painted, thats all thats buggin me now. For those interested, I got the wheels from Groupbuycenter.com for $450 shipped with free Kyokugen lug nuts.

 

man your car looks good!!!!!!!! Im actually trying to get a freind of mine two sell his 18" R.H. C-2's and get something smaller and in my opinion nicer than C-2's. I guess Ill have to show him how good a teg could look with smaller wheels. WIG are you for real ? You honestly think some one who spends top dollar for spoon wheels is a poser ? Thats just stupid . If some one wants rotas or if they want real spoons either way good for them , but what i dont understand is how you could talk smack on some one with the original wheels . Its a Sunny Styling hood. It aint the best, but the price was right. Traded a motor that I got for $100 and gave the guy $100, so I got it for $200 brand new. Thanks man, I hear you on the big *** wings and gay *** unpainted body kit bullshit. It really doesnt help that local shops do the "body kits for $600 installed" ****. I guess its all about money. I dont think I would run a shop like that. Good luck with your car man, there are some of us that have clean taste and dont fall into the groove of gayness.

Yeah, I'd have to say your car looks pretty okay. (I'm being modest ) I would leave everything as is concerning the side skirts being black, and the no spoiler look. I had the 100% identical car as you a few months back, and I do mean identical. The only thing else I wanted were the black Vision side mirrors to compliment the CF hood and black side skirts. Nice ride!

 

sick ride. I have a 98 ls in the dark blue with the same spoom ( nota typeo ) rims and I love them.
I live in San Diego, I don't think there is anywhere on the planet where there are more of those damn altezza tail lights. I really think that I HATE them. Its good to see more clean cars going for factory look and not reaching for the JDM fad.

He's more than likely talking about all the JDM ****** that pay top dollars for the real JDM cosmo parts, then they go and knock the peeps that buy knock-offs... The point i think and hope he's trying to make is, people will pay top dollor for spoons just to show them off and have braggin rights. But the person talking **** will not put the SW388 to its true use(track use), but will drive up and down the street and to local hang outs just to show off his spoon rims=poser... Whats the pupose of buying any light wieght rim just for show and tell and not for its real purpose/use? Everyone is not just in it for looks and car shows. And when i say track use, i dont mean drag strip. lapping events and auto-xing.

Well put Gong Show. I assume you autocross and run track days like me. Didn't mean to **** anyone off. I've just never seen a car with volks or spoons what was actually turning good times (accept on the 1320). I know the wheels (spoon, Volk, Revolution) are the some of the best, but i'll never notice the differance over K1's, Rotas, Konigs etc..

I've got this problem where if it doesn't make the car go fast or look better I don't like it. Having held the spoon wheels in my hands and seeing tons pictures of the rotas, I can't justify paying for the name. Thats just me.

For the record. I have the money. But l still buy used, or knock off rims. Thats how I manage to still have the money. That is, untill i pay for the track fees and hotel

Thats whats messed up about the import scene, peeps use real performance parts to show-off at there local fashion show.
And then they think because they use the ture jdm cosmetic parts at the drag strip that makes them better then the next person with knoco-offs. IM all about function over fashion anyday. I'd drive a primered POS as long as the thing could make some power and out handle any big budget car out there. Its kinda like the domestic guys that build hot rods with big motors in them but only drive them on the weekend and to a car show. He could have just chromed out the stock motor and called it a day if the car is never going to see the power unleashed.

But its this fucked up world we're living in, its all about braggin rights i guess... i guess people think the more you pay and the more you have will make you a bigger and better person in life. Look at Puffy, he's got all this fame and money. But that couldnt keep a piece of hot *** like J-Lo on his arm.
But whatever, never liked fashion ****/pretty boys and i never will no matter how they relate.

when you have a rim thats cheap and functional your going to see alot of them no matter what brand...

The whole car is hella clean and that cant/shouldnt be over looked... even if he had flat black gsr rims on here, the car would still be super dope B... JMHO

HAHA! Thats funny you said that. I just picked up some 95 gsr rims for 150$ and I'm in the process of painting them, guess what color. FLAT BLACK. Hides dust. Easy to touch up or repaint when needed, and Cheap.
