Default sir-g vs type-r front conversion

whats the difference between the sir-g and the type-r front end conversion
i searched

Im not an expert, but from the pics, all i see if the black housing headlights. All integras in Japan had that front end, so maybe the itr is slightly different.

look like the same to me, itr front come with hid headlight and the sir-g doesnt, i think

sir g doesnt come with the type r lip either

so differences between the 2 are the type r front has the type r lip and black housing headlights.. sir-g has no lip and chrome housing headlights

the sirs came only with the chrome housed headlights. the ITRs came with black housed headlights. Not until '98 did they come with HID's and this was standard in the '98 spec.- HID were not avaliable in the '96 ITRs

SIR-G is Chrome Headlights

Thats what im rocking cause its different, u see BLACK HOUSED everywhere.. the only thing that sucks is it doesnt come w/ HIDS But Owe well.. I can be cheap Now

Wrong thats only on the HID models, the black housing headlights without HID also come with lines through it.

Both pairs of headlights in the above pictures have the lines running horizontally across the projector. The HID lamps were the ones without the horizontal lines.

Above pictures = Non-HID
