Default 92-95 civic coupe-AUTO. B20 swap

alright i just bought a 95 civic coupe it was originally automatic and the motr got taken out and a automatic b20 swap was put into it. i want to leave it auto. i had done a similar swap a while back ago but it was with a LS motor and it had the same problem but i was in such a rush that when it didn't work i swapped it back out.... now i want to actually fix it and make it work... the motor runs fine but it only has 2nd and 4th gear... there is an extra plug on the engine harness that wouold normally hook up in a integra but the civic doesn't come with it. so what i want to know is is there any pin outs where i can run the wires from there straight to the ecu and run an auto Ls ecu? any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

yeah. i've had just about every swap out there. i have a hatch with a 2000 si motor as my project this is my daily driver and it already has the motor in it. so i might as well save me the hassle of swapping the motor and fix the one in there! someone give me some ecu pin outs for an integra@!

All B-series auto cars have a seperate ecu that controls the trans. without it it does'nt shift right. get it from an integra and wire it in.
